In a bid to further crack down on dog fouling Havant Borough Council have put up glow in the dark signs warning dog owners who let their animals create a mess they are being watched especially during after dark hours.

Signs across beauty spots within the Havant Borough area will hopefully deter those who dont clean up after their pets. Running in conjunction with Keep Britain Tidy some dog walkers have already commented they think the scheme is a step in the right direction.
