The ongoing search for the Hayling Seaside Railways new home took a new twist today after the company pulled its existing application and announced they will be resubmitting a completely revised plan.
Although the request is still for the same venue at Eastoke Corner the size of the building will be smaller. Following discussions with architects and Havant Borough Council plans will be submitted in amended form in the next few days.
Residents and traders based at Eastoke Corner will then have the opportunity to attend a meeting and discuss the idea. The council has extended the consultation period in light of revised plans.
