With its safe open spaces set surrounded by plenty of fresh air and sheltered waters, Hayling Island has much to offer those that enjoy sports of all kinds.

Sheltered by the Isle of Wight, the waters of the Solent offer perfect conditions to those who enjoy sailing, windsurfing, power boating, jet skiing, kitesurfing and other water sports. It should then come as little surprise that windsurfing was invented on Hayling Island and the Island has since become an international venue for sailing.

Hayling also caters well for those who enjoy their sports a little drier. Hayling Island's Seacourt is the only club in the country offering all five racket sports. For those wanting to take in our famous sea air outdoor sports as diverse as bowls and skateboarding are also catered for.
