Blake Lapthorn has been recruited to oversee the sale after Michael Paul and John Elliott decided to step away from the business.

The plot consists of 217 static caravan pitches and has been in existence since 1953. The park has always been held in high regard by holiday makers escaping to the south coast during summer.

A Blake Lapthorn representative Mat Wilson said: It has been a real honour and a delight to have assisted Michael Paul and John with the successful sale of the company which they have nurtured and developed for nearly 60 years.
