This weekend will see Hayling Island resident Daring Doris accomplish her goal of abseiling down the 328ft tall Spinnaker Tower in Gunwharf Quays.
Doris challenge will take place at 1pm and at 99 years of age this golden girl has already taken part in 14 abseils to raise money for Rowans Hospice.
Corporate and trust relations manager at the hospice Ali George said: Once again I am in awe of this incredible lady for taking on this challenge at 99.
Doris is truly an inspiration to all of us.
For anyone wanting to see DD complete her challenge then get across to Gunwharf Quays on Saturday at 1pm. We wish her the best of luck with her feat.
