Sunday May 5 saw a healthy turnout of classic cars which filled the Hayling Billy pub car to the brim. 50 perfectly buffed sets of wheels were on display to the general public which included models from Mini Ford Citroen VW and American muscle cars.
Organised by Dennis Cooper and Dave Smith this was the second event and this year attracted enthusiasts from other clubs such as Solent Renegades and the West Sussex based Manhood Club.
The camaraderie alwaysvaltrexonline.com between classic car nuts was reported as fantastic by Mr Smith and to highlight this point further he said: If you break down nine times out of 10 someone will stop to help you.
Gerald Shimbart Havant Mayor also paid a visit in what was one of his last duties in the position. He commented: Classic cars are great I love them. Im going to miss it greatly because I have met some wonderful people.
