Delays stretching back miles for commuters trying to get on and off Hayling have been the cause of much transport misery. Since last Tuesday temporary traffic lights have been installed close to Esso petrol station closing off part of Havant Road while gas pipes were repaired.
Although normal service is now resumed Councillor Andy Lenaghan has hit out at Southern Gas Networks buyzithromaxonlinemed.com describing their traffic management as disastrous. He states the way work was carried out totally disregarded Hayling residents.
Other drivers whove had to endure queues lasting over an hour have also complained saying they didnt see any workers onsite even though traffic was extensive.
A spokesperson for Southern Gas Networks apologised for any disruption caused.
