October 3-4 sees the return of the ever popular Ale-ing Fest at Hayling Island Community Centre. 30 real ales and ciders will be available to taste and savour while drinkers enjoy the social aspect of the event.

Fridays session will run from 6.30pm-11pm and feature live entertainment from the Shamrock Keys band. Noon-4pm on Saturday afternoon will kick off the weekend proper followed by The Trevor John Band helping wash it all down from 6.30pm-11pm.

Tickets are already on sale with evening sessions costing 8.50 and afternoons 4.25 each. Visitors will get a commemorative Ale-ing Fest glass (while stocks last) and a token for complimentary beer or cider.

Held each year to raise money for the Hayling Twinning Associate the Ale-ing Fest has been ongoing since 1995 and attracts large numbers. Visit ale-ingfest.co.uk for more info and tickets.
