August 23 24 and 25 sees the return of the Hayling Scarecrow Festival. After a brief hiatus a group of three proactive islanders have made the necessary moves and shakes to get the popular event up and running again.
2014s theme is summer and theres still just enough time to squeeze in an entry (5) or sponsor a category (20). All monies raised will go to Sams Haven. Judging of entries will be on August 24.
