Although the Goldring Close development has been given the green light the company involved Bellway Homes are inviting residents to attend a public consultation. Thursday March 20 will see a meeting held at the URC Church Hall between 3pm-7.30pm.
Outline planning permission has been granted on appeal but the reserved matters application comprised of landscaping and site design is still to be confirmed. Leah Turner Hayling Councillor posted in a related forum thread she has requested this application be decided by the DMC (HBC planning committee).
Residents are encouraged to attend the meeting if theyre interested in finding out more about the development.
