Netball is fun and active as well as being extremely social. For most netball was probably played during school years as part of PE classes. Unfortunately once school is left behind real life takes over responsibilities increase and theres no time to be thinking about sports you played as a kid.
Hayling College is hosting a 10 week programme aimed at rediscovering netball and its benefits. Theres no age fitness or talent restrictions youre just encouraged to come along and join in the fun. Sessions will take place on Thursday evenings between 7pm 8pm starting April 24. Cost is 3.00 per session or 27 for 10 weeks.
