Hayling Island Community Centre recently organised a summer party to mark the start of the six week school holiday break. Led by manager Tania Jones staff hosted hundreds of people who enjoyed what was on offer traditional fair games bouncy castles go karts and donkey rides. The event is so successful its now an annual thing.
Mrs Jones commented: We first held a party three years ago to celebrate the community centres 30th anniversary. It was so successful we decided to make it an annual event on the first Friday of the summer holidays.
It means the holidays get off to a great start with friends families children and the community altogether. Theres always something for everybody.
