Hayling Islands community mini bus is a much needed service that relies on the generosity of people to keep it in operation. Every year the Hayling Island Businessmans Club organises a charity BBQ at Northney Farm to raise cash for the up keep maintenance and continued running of the mini bus.

This year featured a Take That tribute act and plenty of tasty food and drink to get revellers in the party mood. More than 6000 has been raised which will go towards the continued running of the free service.

In conjunction with Take All That side stalls were kept busy while DJ Malcolm Drew kept the tunes pumping after the band had finished their set.

Organiser John Cushion said that 500 party goers had a great time and the club members friends and relatives all made sure that the BBQ was successful.

Mr Cushion also thanks everyone who supported the get together and the Pike family for the use of barn.
