Reports are still a little hazy but what information thats filtering in suggests an accident happened earlier today on Havant Road near to Langstone Technology Park.
This has caused traffic congestion stretching all the way back down the island to the Manor Road roundabout. Although tail backs are solid traffic does seem to inching along slowly.
