Rower adventurer and environmentalist Roz Savage MBE will be speaking on Saturday May 17 at Hayling Community Centre. Her undeniably epic expeditions across the Atlantic Pacific and Indian oceans have put her in the Guinness Book of Records as the only woman to row solo across all three stretches of water.
The event kicks off at 7.30pm and is proudly presented by Langstone Adventure Rowing. Monies raised from the evening will be donated to the RNLI and The Langstone Cutter Gig Club Boat Fund. Tickets are 12 or 10 for Cutter members.
With dazzling tales of her exploits Roz covered 11000 miles for 350+ days alone the evening will be an interesting and captivating account of her time at sea.
